IN NETTLE FURSUIT

General Conditions

1. You confirm that you have read this ToS and agree to all its terms by making the first payment.
2. I work only in cartoon styles.
3. My work is an individual approach to your character, the more detailed and accurately you describe your character and your preferences, the better. Please provide all possible images, references and text descriptions from the start of the work.
4. I don't work with NSFW references.
5. Jobs take 3-6 months, in the order of the queue.
6. I don't work with a fixed deadline. And I don't do any rush commissions. To provide the best quality of my work I need time.
7. After two years if the job is not done or not done completely I will discuss a refund with you and can send you the suite and the materials purchased for it, shipping is at your expense.
8. The terms of my work may be extended due to problems with delivery of materials to my country. Because sometimes suppliers delay shipment without warning or lose packages. I will always warn you about this and keep you informed about the delivery of materials for your order.
9. Please check with me about shipping before paying. Sending to any place in the world. But due to the geographical situation, delivery to some regions may not be available.
10. 18+ only. I prefer to work directly with my customer without the participation of third parties.
11. I reserve the right to change this document to remove/add items. Please read the current version before ordering.
12. One year warranty. A little repair will always be free, the customer pays only for delivery. The warranty only works if you have not given my work to another master to fix or otherwise changes on it. Please do not be afraid to write to me about any problems related to the product and I will help you solve them even after the warranty expires. I curate the suits I make for the rest of their lives.

Premade Rules

1. By placing a bid, you confirm that you have read the ToS and agree with the rules of the document.
2. If you intentionally placed a false bid, you will be permanently blocked.
3. If the premade item is paid in parts, and then the participant refuses further payments or you miss the agreed payment deadlines without giving prior notice - the amount paid is not refunded, the auction will be held again.
4. Shipment is made only after full payment.

Payment

1. Payments are made only through invoices (+11.75% to price) or swift via EasyStart/ I don't work with PayPal.
2. Down payment - 25% - none refunded.

4. The cost of the order can be divided into two or three (50%+50%, 25%+25% +50% or 25%+25%+25%+25% if your purchase is over $3,500):
   • The first part, down-payment (25%) is the cost of discussing the order, creating concepts and the price for materials. By transferring this amount, you confirm that you agree to that you have read this ToS and agree to all its terms and the terms that were discussed with me, you reserve a place in the queue also.
   • The first part must be made within one working week from the moment of discussing the terms and announcing the price of the entire order, otherwise, I refuse to fulfill the order.
   • The second part (25%) is the cost of creating a base, creating a 3D model and printing, which must be paid by the first day of the scheduled deadlines for the work.
   • The third part is the cost of covering the base with fabrics, shaving, creating details, preparing for transportation.
   • Shipment is made only after full payment.
   • The first part is not refunded, the remaining parts are not refunded after the starting of work (photos of the processes are a statement of the work's starting, the completion of work even by 0.1%)
5. The amount of the second and third parts after the start of work is returned only if I refuse to fulfill the order myself. Or we are discussing a refund after two years after the starting.
6. 1 day of late payment = an increase in the working period by 14 days. Please respect the deadlines. Overdue payment for more than two weeks means that your order will be delayed and I will take over the one that comes after you in the queue and will return to yours only after the work on it is finished.
7. If you refuse to pay the rest of the payment or do not have the opportunity to do so, I have the right to finish work so that it differs from the reference of your character and sell it as premade.
8. Refunds are made minus the EasyStart commission (15%) and exchange rate differences, be careful.

Shipping

1. Please check with me about shipping before paying.
2. I am not responsible for the activities of the postal service, but I can help in case of incidents:
   • In case of loss of the package by mail, I am ready to send you the fur and the base, some details, you only pay for shipping.
   • In case of damage to the product by mail (to prove this, you need to initially unpack the product on the camera, photos of a crumpled box and damages are not proof that the package is damaged by mail). I am ready to repair the product for free, you only pay for shipping.
   • Intentional damage to property is not a warranty case
3. I won't be doing new work for free or do a refund because of shipping problems.
4. Please be careful when providing the shipping address. Indicate your real name and real address.
5. To register your package you need to provide: address (country, city, street, building number), post code, name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number.
6. Due to the geographical situation, package can get stuck at the border due to customs control and delivery times can increase unpredictably.
7. In case of problems with the postal service, I guarantee that I will make every possible effort to clarify the situation about the parcel and help it reach you.
8. I usually use EMS for shipping.
9. Shipment insurance is not available in my country. Please take this into account and take the risks.
10. If the customs sent the package back to my country, I will send it to you again, but you will have to pay for the purchase of the package and a new shipment (about 200 USD).
11. I always take photos and videos of the packaging and provide a scan of the customs declaration. If the package has been lost in your country, please contact the police with a statement about the theft of the package at your country's post office and provide me with a copy of the appeal. My evidence will be provided to help you find the package, your application will be reviewed in my country.

Edits

1. You can make edits to the 3D model (before the stage of recalculating polygons and creating a retopology) and to the sketch of your character's color drawn by me on the base's photo.
2. By agreeing with each stage of the work, you reserve the right for me not to make edits to the part of the work with the appearance of which you have already agreed.
3. I take into account the difference in time zones (my time zone is GMT+4), but long responses to messages containing important questions about the work directly affect the timing of the work.
4. If you don't give me feedback on important stages of work for more than two weeks, without warning, your work is put on hold and I start working on the next project in the queue. I will return to yours only after it is completed.
5. I make any edits to an already agreed and produced work for a charge and only if it does not damage the quality of the product. The cost of such edits is calculated according to the time I will spend on them and additional materials if they are needed.
6. I make free edits only if I make mistakes on my own, deviate from the references provided or from the details that were agreed upon earlier and fixed in the dialogue.
7. If you do not answer me more than three months without warning I will not finalize your work or return your payment. And I reserve the right to dispose of the work done at my discretion to recycle or finalize differently from the reference of your character and put up for sale as premade.

Materials

1. I order all the materials myself.
2. When discussing your order, I will offer you all the fur options available to me to suit your character. Not all shades may match perfectly.
3. If you require specific material for your suit (glow-in-the-dark fur, patterned fur or minki and so on) this is negotiable and I can find such material for you, but this may increase the price.
4. I make the bases from TPU and I can use foam in my work. Find out in advance if you are allergic to the substances that make up the components.
5. I don't send away leftover materials after work because I order materials for several projects at once. You can ask me to buy additional materials in advance and pay for them separately so that I can send them to you.
6. I can also use plastics like PETG and PLA for hard parts like eyes, eyelids, claws, etc.

Important: There is a cat in my workshop. I cannot guarantee the absence of allergens at work, despite the fact that materials are kept out of the reach of the cat. Please be careful if you have allergies.

Information for Starting Work

1. Providing a clear SFW reference of the character and other character images for better understanding.
2. Make measurements according to the scheme. Be careful. I always change the patterns to your measurements, if the finished product does not suit you, then most likely the measurements were taken incorrectly. This is not a warranty case. Please take measurements in cm or convert to cm.
3. Wishes and expectations from the work in text format.
4. Specify the features of the character and small details.
